Choosing your Practitioner

Obviously, one of the most important factors in selecting a practitioner is to find someone that you feel comfortable with asking questions and expressing your feeling and concerns.  Remember, you will be seeing your doctor once a month for approximately the first 6 months (depending on circumstances), then going to every two weeks and ending with weekly visits for about the last month of pregnancy.

The Bottom Line:

You will get to know your practitioner very well.  The more comfortable you feel with your choice of practitioner the better your pregnancy experience will be.

Other aspects to consider when choosing.

Piece of Patacake:  The most important thing you can do is to relax and try to enjoy your pregnancy.  If you follow these simple guidelines, both you and your baby are off to a great start already.
